Outside Free Delivery Zones

A minimum surcharge will be imposed for deliveries to areas outside the free delivery zones.

Charges will be prompted while filling the order form.  For certain areas, if the amount is not adequate, our customer service officer will contact and notify you before we proceed with the order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order when we do not find a suitable florist at your selected outstation area. This is caused by the lack of reliability of the florist at certain outstation areas. However, we will give you advance notice in the event of such a rare occurrence.

Order Delivery Schedule

Delivery Time for Non Peak Peroid

Same Day delivery is possible for order received & confirmed before 12 noon from Monday to Saturday. 

For urgent delivery, please contact our customer service @ 03-9131 6202 or Whatsapp @ 016 910 4202.

 

Standard Delivery

Delivery will be done within 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

Order received & confirmed before 12 noon, same day deliver is possible.

Order Received & confirmed after 12 noon, will be delivered next working day.

Special Delivery 

1)  Deliver within specific time.

2)  Deliver after working hours i.e. after 6 pm.

3)  Deliver on Sunday or Public Holiday.

Delivery On Sundays, Public Holidays And Special Occasions  (Peak Period)
(E.g. Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas & Chinese New Year)

Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance for deliveries on Sundays, Public Holidays & Special Occasions as special arrangement is required.

We will do our utmost best to fulfill your requested delivery day and time. However in some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Please place your order  in advance to ensure the availability of stocks and flowers/gifts ordered can be delivered on time. 

We accept orders up to 30 days in advance.

 

Cake Delivery

Please place your orders at least one working day prior to delivery date.

Same day is available but the flavour of the cakes will subject to stock availability. 

Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.


Cancellation Of Order
Cancellation of order must be made at least one working day in advance before the delivery date or a surcharge of 50% of the selling price will be charged.  Should the order be cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.  


Redirection Of Order
In the event that the original address given is wrong, the order may be redirected.  A surcharge of RM20 will be imposed for redirection of orders.



Terms & Conditions
 

Ideal Gifts Place will not responsible for late or non delivery of the flowers & gifts in the following circumstances:-

  • The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given & there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
  • Recipient's info such as address & contact number provided is incorrect.
  • Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made).
  • During peak festivals such as Deepavali, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day where high demand for delivery is expected.
  • Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control.
